IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND OR BOUGHT THE WRONG SIZE -

We are really sorry but due to hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange any of our hair accessories.

FAULTY ITEMS

We make them with the utmost care. As each and every one of our accessories are made by hand, sometimes issues can arise. If you should find a major defect or problem with your purchase, please contact us at info@josiejoans.com within 5 days of receiving your products and we will do our best to make it right. Don’t forget to send us details of the fault, photos, your order number and your contact details.

 We are more than happy to resend or refund in the case of a faulty item.

All other items are available for exchange or refund however the goods must be returned to us at your own cost. The items must be in an as-new condition and still in their original packaging.

To arrange a refund or exchange please contact us via email at info@josiejoans.com within 5 days of receiving your items to tell us what you would like to exchange your items. Don't forget to quote your order number to help us find your details.

Then, all you have to do is send the items back to us at our mailing address.

To help things move along smoothly, please include your order number with the shipment. Please note that the items to be exchanged (including all packaging and labels) must reach us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Upon receipt and inspection of your items, we will issue you a full refund. 

We regret that we can't cover the cost of return shipping as we are a small business and cannot afford to absorb it. Thank you for being so understanding!

Refunds -

Unfortunately we can't offer refunds should you change your mind. 
note : If you have made payment using Afterpay unfortunately it is not possible to offer a refund under any circumstances. 

Returns -

On all our other items that are not Hair accessories. We do accept returns.

You will need to email us requesting to return the item please be sure to advise your name and order number. tWe will email you a shipping address to return your item.

The items must be in an as-new condition and still in their original packaging.

All products purchased from Josie Joan’s come with a Limited Warranty.

 

 

What does this limited warranty cover?

 

 

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

 

 

During the Warranty Period, Josie Joan’s will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

 

 

What will we do to correct problems?

 

 

Josie Joan’s will either repair the Product at our cost or offer the customer a full refund upon proof of purchase.

 

 

How long does the coverage last?

 

 

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Josie Joan’s  is 180 days or 6 months( from the date of purchase.

 

 

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

 

 

What does this limited warranty not cover?

 

 

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
● conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
